Where are you located?

While our offices are in Northbrook, IL and Grapevine, Tx, we ship partitions and accessories from our warehouses spread throughout the US.

Do you install?

No, we do not install. We're an e-commerce platform specializing in quick-turnaround bathroom stalls and accessories at highly competitive prices. We advise engaging a plumbing or general contracting professional for installation.

Do you know someone who installs?

At Prestige Distribution, we maintain connections with contractors who have previously purchased from us and demonstrated their expertise. While we don't disclose their details publicly due to privacy reasons, upon your purchase, we'll reach out to them. If available, we'll facilitate contact between you and the contractor. Subsequent arrangements and negotiations for the work will be between you and the installer. If you're a qualified installer seeking additional projects, we're open to discussing collaboration. Kindly share your contact information and recent installation photos for consideration. While we can't guarantee future projects, we're always eager to establish partnerships with licensed contractors.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  We process charge cards on the day we receive your order.  We do not accept COD orders.

*We understand that large business sometimes require payment terms.  Please contact us for a credit application.

What should I do when my partitions arrive?

INSPECT SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING. 

The Bill of Lading MUST note any damage or shortage in this shipment BEFORE the driver has left the facility. 

What is included in a commercial bathroom stall quote?

A commercial bathroom stall quote includes a full package of materials that are needed to fully install bathroom stalls. The quote includes includes panels, doors, pilasters, headrail, hardware, and installation instructions.

  • Panels: Panels run parallel to toilets and connect back walls to front pilasters.
  • Doors: Doors are used for entry and are mounted to pilasters.
  • Pilasters: Pilasters are used for support to attach doors, connect to walls, or connect to panels.
  • Headrail: Headrail are used for stability and extra bracing in overhead braced style bathroom stalls.
  • Hardware: Hardware includes door hardware, brackets, headrail, mounting hardware, and screws. (Standard finish is chrome. Stainless steel is an upcharge).

This package includes everything you need, except standard tools for installation.

What is your return policy?

Partitions and Urinal Screens: No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges will be accepted.  

Washroom Accessories: We are pleased to accept most returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must contact Prestige Distribution, Inc before returns or exchanges can be made.

What are your delivery times?

Partitions and Urinal Screens that are QUICK SHIP will generally ship within 2 business days and deliver generally within 3-5 days after shipping. 

Washroom Accessories: Generally ship in 1-3 business days and deliver in 3-5 days after shipping.

Advertised delivery times are based on estimates and not guaranteed.  Supply chain shortages and freight carriers can cause unexpected delays.  Delivery appointments with freight carriers are made by the consignee (customer).  Any delays or missed appointments by the freight carrier or customer is between the customer and the freight carrier.

Prestige Distribution, Inc is not responsible for expensed incurred or time lost during delivery delays, shortages, or damages.
