TERMS & AGREEMENTS FOR PURCHASE OF TOILET PARTITIONS AND URINAL SCREENS FROM Prestige Distribution, Inc. 

I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: 

NO RETURNS, NO CANCELATIONS OR EXCHANGES

All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Exchanges. 

100% VERIFICATION OF MEASUREMENTS AND DETAILS 

I have reviewed and confirmed that all measurements and details are 100% accurate.  If measurements, material choice, selected color, etc. are incorrect, I will be responsible to pay for any additional material and freight required to complete my project.  

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP UPON SHIPPING

Shipment is FOB shipping point.  Ownership transfers from the manufacturer to you once it leaves the manufacturer’s factory via a contracted LTL freight carrier.  All freight claims are the financial responsibility of the purchaser, however, Prestige Distribution, Inc. will assist the buyer in filing damage claims.

INSPECT SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS BEFORE SIGNING

I will inspect the shipment for damage BEFORE SIGNING the Carriers Bill of Lading. If the following is not on the delivery ticket or if parts are damaged/missing but not signed as one of the below, I will be responsible for all replacement costs.

  • Damaged-Please add specifics of the damage 
  • Concealed Damage-add specifics of concealed damage
  • Missing Product-add specifics of missing items
  • Driver Refused to Wait, Unable to Fully Inspect

You are allotted 30 minutes by freight carriers upon delivery to inspect before being required to sign.  If the driver refuses to wait; write “Driver Refused to Wait, Unable to Fully Inspect” on the Bill of Lading.

*By signing without noting damage, you acknowledge that all items received are accepted in good condition!

REPORT DAMAGED/MISSING PRODUCT WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS

If there is damage or missing items, I will report damages/shortages to Prestige Distribution, Inc within 3 business days.  I will also file a claim with the freight carrier for damage compensation if needed. 

BY PLACING THIS ORDER, I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE FOR THIS SHIPMENT.
