HOW TO RECEIVE PARTITION DELIVERY

How To Receive Delivery

Custom products are not returnable, but may be refunded or replaced if the product(s) are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.  Cancellations or refunds on custom orders are not accepted once the order is placed.  Bathroom Partitions are custom order products.

Bathroom partition orders must be fully inspected and damages/missing items MUST be noted on the carriers Bill of Lading before the driver has left your facility.  If possible, please take pictures of damage while items are still on delivery pallets.  If the Driver refuses to wait while an inspection is completed, the Bill of Lading MUST be signed as follows: "Driver Refused to Wait, Unable to Fully Inspect".  Damaged or missing items on partition orders must be reported to Prestige Distribution within 2 business days in order to be eligible for replacement.  Shipment is FOB shipping point.  Ownership transfers from the manufacturer to you once it leaves the manufacturer’s factory via a contracted LTL freight carrier.
